Cramped and outdated is the best way to describe this old tired kitchen. A revised floor plan created by Robin Finnegan make this into a highly functional kitchen with the fashion of a NYC penthouse.
Opening up some walls and relocating the sink were the two highlights of the remodel. The bonus was opening the ceiling and finding out we could raise it over a foot to make it a seamless room with a single level. The view when seated at the the new peninsula is the New York City skyline, breathtaking! Bets of bothe worlds ...Now able to be seen when friends gather in the kitchen, stand at the sink and look out and you'll probably see a deer walking by the backyard is a natural oasis filled with wildlife.
