Very pleased with the master bathroom renovation that KraftMaster did for us.

No surprises, well coordinated and project managed and excellent design input. The overall project timeline was very reasonable. It was a complex remodel in the sense that we wanted a lot of high tech equipment and features. KraftMaster was very helpful on which made the most sense.

Our designer Kristina was excellent and very helpful on the paint color choices and the floor from the master bedroom into the master bathroom. Alexandra our project lead was always super responsive and cheerful and knowledgeable as was Chris, Steve and Julie our other project management helpers. All the crafts people were highly skilled. Andrew was fantastic on the carpentry and tile side and the plumbers Danny, Mook and Mike and the electrician Alex.

We appreciated the input from Bob on the overall plan and design and Robbie on the training on how to use all the features. No issues since we went live with it. Lots of good comments from friends and neighbors and overall a very smooth process
