What a terrific team!

We used Kraftmaster primarily to renovate our kitchen and construct a new deck for our home in Chatham. What a terrific team.

From start to finish they made the renovation process fun! They were a one-stop shop with a design team, architect, and all contractors working seamlessly together to help make our dream space come true.

We loved working with Vicky, who helped us navigate all design choices big and small. We totally trusted her expertise and she was a joy to work with. Chris stayed on top of implementation and truly managed the day-to-day operations of the work. He wasn’t afraid to brainstorm options and handle questions that popped up in a friendly, productive way. We were always happy to see Peter, the lead carpenter, and his team at our house. They carried out their work safely, cleanly, and professionally. Alexandra, Robbie, and Steve were a pleasure to work with as well; the whole group was always responsive and ready to help us get to the next step of the project.

Overall, Bob was upfront and transparent about the costs and gave us the confidence that our home was taken care of, and that we weren’t waiting for the other shoe to drop as we worked through our projects.

Perhaps what we appreciated the most about Kraftmaster is the pride they take in their follow-through on a project.

We have had plenty of poor experience with other contractors and are so thankful to have a reliable company that sticks to a timeline, delivers quality work, and inspires us to tackle even more home projects.
