Kraft was great at communicating from start to finish. If I had a question or concern at any time I would text/email the project manager, Chris, and he’d respond immediately. Chris and team kept the project on schedule, even with a few small set backs in product ordering, the project was completed within the 12 weeks that was originally estimated.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. We plan to do an addition on the house in a few years as well as some other miscellaneous projects and will absolutely use Kraft again. They produce good quality work. A quality reno isn't cheap, but for a one stop shop and piece of mind they’re worth it!
