It is atypical to find a company and owner/operator with the morals, ethics, standards of excellence, creativity and personality that meets or exceeds their representation or quotation.

Customer service, fairness and peace of mind" are typically not associated with contractors, let alone most companies. In Bob's case, these are exactly his characteristcs, and those of his workers. As the father of a handicapped son, I required a bathroom remodeling that had to be sophisticated yet practical; I required a crew that was professionally responsible and time-sensitive to the project.   Bob is a hands-on, honorable, forthright gentleman. He is not a yes man in the sense of agreeing to anything and everything just to get a job. His input provokes thought and positive results. Unlike other contractors who model after magicians and disappear after the contract is signed, Bob was at the work site each day - morning, afternoon and sometimes evenings. His crew works for him and are craftsmen who take pride in their work and showed up on time each day, including weekends. Bob's contract was professional, specific, detailed and he did not nicke and dime for specific changes that most other contractors would have done so, for they are not interested in building long term relationships and either don't care or understand the value of word of mouth, which can either be a businessman's best friend or worst enemy. Needless to say, the result of the bathroom exceeded my expectations, the contract price did not and Bob is a man of his word and worthy of a phone call when you consider a home improvement project. I know that I will not hesitate to call him again in the future.
