Scotch Plain Addition & Kitchen

This house looks small from the front but it has a few additions to the back. We are adding the missing corner of the house and by doing so, enlarging and opening up the kitchen to the back family room. The larger sunroom will be more a more functional space with room for plants, a breakfast table, and workspace. The kitchen will feature an island hood, double sink, and new pantry closet. Leonia Full House Remodel

Taking this turn-of-the-(20th)century home and fitting it for today's family life. We are moving the kitchen into the previously added dining room to create a grand entertainment space. The old kitchen will be reconfigured into a butler's pantry, mudroom, and utility and closet space. The kitchen will be open to the old breakfast room as a less formal dining room. Natural Contemporary Master Bathroom

Combining natural materials and modern accents, this bathroom is going to have a warm, spa feel when complete. We fixed a few issues that this outdated bath had - entry door and shower door interfering, sunken tub which is hard to get into, and traditional design that was not the homeowners' taste. Features include: floating vanity with custom top, triple medicine cabinet with light bar, linen cabinet with hidden trash can, neo-angle shower with rain head, and focal point of the freestanding bath tub. Accents include: wood plank shower walls, green sea glass backsplash, and pebble shower floor.
