This Montclair, NJ renovation transformed the first floor with a thoughtfully designed addition, enhancing both functionality and flow. The expansion doubled the size of the kitchen, allowing for a more open and efficient layout while also creating a direct connection to the garage for convenient access. The project also included a new mudroom entry, basement access, and a butler’s pantry baking station, all designed to maximize space and usability.
To achieve this transformation, KraftMaster Renovations implemented major structural reconfigurations, including the removal of an awkward second staircase, which freed up valuable square footage. The redesigned kitchen is now an entertainer’s dream, featuring an AGA 48” induction range, custom inset Starmark cabinetry, and a massive island with pop-up outlets for convenience.
