By removing the raised hearth and fabricating a flush alternative, the space immediately gained a cleaner, more expansive feel. The deep blue-gray surround introduces a striking contrast against the crisp white mantel, creating a focal point that grounds the room while adding a touch of sophistication.

A beautifully crafted rustic wood beam mantle now serves as a centerpiece, adding warmth and organic texture to the space. This reclaimed-style element juxtaposes the sleek, modern fireplace design, striking a perfect balance between contemporary and traditional aesthetics. Flanking the fireplace, custom-built cabinetry and integrated seating offer both function and style.
