A Fantastic Experience Working with the Kraftmasters Team

We had a fantastic experience working with Bob, Vicky and Kraftmasters team on our kitchen renovation. From the very beginning, we appreciated how they presented us with three different design and layout options. This gave us a clear understanding of what was possible in our space and helped us make informed decisions that felt right for our home.

One of the standout aspects of the project was how well the team managed the timeline—everything stayed on schedule, which is rare and so appreciated. At one point an added issue arose and the team stayed extra hours to ensure that we stuck to our timeline.

Whenever any issues or questions arose, they were addressed immediately with thoughtful solutions and a genuine willingness to collaborate. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. I was able to reach out to Bob, Vicky and Chris directly at any time, and they always responded with openness and care, making sure we felt heard and supported.

Even after the project was completed, I had a minor issue, and the team came out right away to resolve it—no hesitation, no hassle. That level of follow-through and professionalism truly stood out.

While the project wasn’t inexpensive, it was worth every penny for the level of service, attention to detail, and peace of mind we received. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend the Kraftmasters team to anyone looking for a high-quality contractor.
