I cannot wait for my next project with them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and renovations with Kraftmaster. First, Carly is so creative! She had vision for my space (and creating more of it) than I had thought of. Her artful eye helped guide me and make sure I didn’t make a “trendy” choice I would regret. She was so attentive and made me even more excited as the process went on.

THEN, there is Chris, and I think he can take any project manager to task. We were working with a really hard deadline of my baby’s arrival, and I truly feel like he went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did he make sure timelines were as efficient as possible, he helped with requests outside of his remit, like moving furniture in and out rooms so that the floor could be re-stained, ripping up my patio since we were putting in a deck, and the list goes on. He never got annoyed at my weekly ask if we were going to make it on time.

Steve and Alexandra were truly as nice as can be and kept the whole project organized, answering any questions I had. And the subcontractors Kraftmaster uses were amazing. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they would greet my two-year-old daughter every morning like they were part of our household. It was so nice knowing I could completely trust them. Peter, the carpenter, I have nothing to say but chef’s kiss. I don’t know how he does it.

All that said, you pay for what you get, and what you get from Kraftmaster is a quality and a stress-free process with end-to-end service. I cannot wait for my next project with them.
