The KraftMaster team was nothing short of top notch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. From design thru finish Bob & Kim were professional, on time, on budget, creative, and very user friendly (text, email, etc). I felt that I was informed every step of the way. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to suggest alternatives that might not add to the value. Most contractors try to upsell you on specific items, where I felt like Kraftmaster was a partner in the process. A+ team, would highly recommend their work.
