Kraftmaster is a premium remodeling shop and their work is excellent

We worked with Kraftmaster to redo three bathrooms and overall had an excellent experience. We could tell from our initial meeting with Bob, the owner, and our designer that Kraftmaster ran an organized and client-first business.

The design process was seamless and the Kraftmaster team was helpful in coming up with several unique layout ideas for each room that we would not have thought of on our own.

Once construction started, the Kraftmaster team was in frequent contact and was easy to reach any time of the day for questions and decisions. We want to give a special shout to our carpenter, tiler and general jack of all trades Andrew. Andrew is a true perfectionist and his work was incredibly detailed and flawless. He went so far as to mock up grout samples for us with the tiles we selected so that we could ensure we were 100% of the look before the installation was done. The plumbing team of Danny, Moon and Mike was fantastic and the rest of the project team was great as well. Steve was very helpful keeping our house clean so that it didn’t always feel like a construction zone. Regarding timeline, the Kraftmaster team stuck really close to original estimates. Only delays we experienced were with back ordered products that were out of Kraftmaster control.

Kraftmaster was quick to address and rectify any concerns we had. Even after our project was completed, we noticed that the bath drain plug received from the manufacturer was damaged. Robbie and the Kraftmaster team worked to get us a new part and replaced the damaged piece. They have told us to reach out if we have any concerns down the line.

We feel Kraftmaster really heard us, and wasn’t just out the door once final payment was made. Kraftmaster is a premium remodeling shop and their work is excellent. I would recommend anyone making changes to their home to work with Kraftmaster
