We just had Bob & his team do a third renovation for us in 5 years; a major kitchen reno in 2018, two bathrooms in 2020, and now our third bathroom in 2023. We love having the designer help us pick things out- we were overwhelmed by choice when we walked into the tile store, but based on our preferences Vicky steered us to tiles that we adore within half an hour. We always appreciate how they block the construction site off with plastic walls- it really keeps the dust to a minimum.

There are always going to be small issues whenever construction is being done. However, whenever there is a problem, the Kraftmaster team takes care of it.

While we interviewed multiple contractors for our kitchen reno, we did not even bother for the bathroom renovations.
