Renovation is not an easy task. I truly believe we picked the best company for the job.

We hired KraftMaster to remodel our first floor. Moving the kitchen from the back of the house to the front. New floors, removing walls, installing new plumbing, heating, doors.

We had seen projects Kraftmaster had done and once we met our designer Carly we knew it was a good fit. She understood our tastes and listened to our wish list. She designed our new space with our family in mind. The fact that we know everyone's name says a lot. The carpenters Nick and Robbie who we saw the most were helpful in so many ways. The plumber Moon and his crew, Danny and Mike also were great and really spoke to us about the job. Our project manager Chris was wonderful to work with and always answered our calls and questions. I appreciate communication and this company is wonderful at communicating. That being said, we couldn't have done that without Alexandra the project coordinator.

Things have needed to be tweaked here and there and we can always reach out to Kraftmaster. They always get right back to us. Our renovation turned out beautifully. Everyone took pride in their work. The tile worker "artist" Bogden was incredible. I have never seen someone work like this. Our backsplash is a piece of art. Even the expeditor Steve was so helpful during the few months of renovation. When things were piling up or we needed something moved or organized, that was done for us.

Renovation is not an easy task. I truly believe we picked the best company for the job. They were efficient, kept the calendar updated, communicated, and answered all concerns or questions we had. What more could you ask for. I felt that truly cared about our project and that we were not just a job.

As my husband would say, "good contractors aren't cheap and cheap contractors aren't good". Our home turned out beautiful. It's a good feeling to know we can always reach out to Bob & Julie Gockeler. We made the right decision with hiring KraftMaster, they seem to use the best of the best of their craft.
