Our experience with Kraftmaster Renovations has been fantastic. There are many people who own their own company, but Bob Gockeler is much more than an owner - he is a leader, and the people who work for him follow his example. Bob has so much integrity and is a person of his word. That might sound like fluff, but it's not - it's absolutely true. He has an amazing attention to detail, follows through on everything that he says he will do, and makes great suggestions and recommendations without being judgmental or pushy. What's so amazing - because it's so rare - is that he has managed to assemble an entire company of like-minded people, that truly care about the quality of their work.

Everyone who works for this company is great at what they do and is a true professional. If we had to pick 3 things that make Kraftmaster different from everyone else, we'd say:

1) They *genuinely care* about the quality of your project, from beginning to end;

2) Unlike so many construction companies that use subs, they employ their work crews, so you see the same teams of workers throughout your project;

3) Their work crews are some of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and put in a full day's work, every day, allowing your project to get done on time.
