We love our first floor remodel!

The design really improved the flow and feel of our home. From the start KraftMaster was great to work with. They were very attentive to all of our questions and requests. I can’t say enough good things about our project manager Chris. He was extremely helpful throughout the process - even jumping one of our cars to get it out of the way for dumpster pick up. Steve (expediter) was also a pleasure to interact with.

We came away very impressed with the quality of the work. Peter and Walter (Carpenters) did a great job bringing the design to life. They made the new kitchen fit right into the rest of our home - specifically by crafting moldings that matched what was original to the house.

Even when problems did arise - the wrong barn door was ordered - the office staff (Alexandra and Julie) quickly acted and rectified the issue.

All in all we very much enjoyed our experience with KraftMaster and will work with them again for any future redesign needs.
