Our 50 year old kitchen needed to be gutted and we were looking for a contractor that did both the design work and construction. Once we met with Bob, we didn’t need to look further as his quiet enthusiasm and love for design and construction, customer service, and quality was evident throughout our discussion. Bob listened well to what we wanted, gave us several creative designs, was able to easily adjust as the work progressed and we requested changes. All throughout, he was upfront on costs and options, handled the unforeseen behind the wall structural and plumbing surprises, the two layers of ceilings, the 5 layers of floors, and guided us in making the many decisions on the design and materials. He never took shortcuts when faced with problems to fix, and took the extra time to do the job right.
His work crew was on time, very polite, professional, hard working and cleaned up the work area before leaving each night. Bob stayed on top of all the issues, was always accessible, and was patient in guiding us through the process always keeping our vision in mind. We couldn’t wait to get home each night, and see the progress. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bob and his crew and are delighted with the great design, attention to detail, high quality work, and the resulting gorgeous, functional kitchen that was beyond our dream.
