Kitchen Remodel - Short Hills, NJ

This beautiful Short Hills home needed an update in their kitchen and first floor powder room. The powder room got a new black vanity in addition to hexagon marble tile, while the kitchen is two-toned with white upper cabinetry and graphite lower cabinetry and pantry. The kitchen was once closed off so we opened up half the wall into the family room so a large seating area that joins the two rooms together makes this space feel whole. Mixed metals are a nice touch in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and faucet, satin brass hardware and a black light that sits above the sink. Read more...

Living History - Remodeling one of the oldest house in Chatham, New Jersey

Old houses and tiny kitchens are always challenging. This renovation has both. Our team has delicately dismantled the mid-century kitchen and centuries old space and created room for a larger kitchen footprint by altering doorways and rotating the position of the refrigerator. We carefully selected modern finishes that reflect the Colonial period of the home. The Shaker style alder cabinets are finished in a custom red barnwood stain and the quartz countertops are designed to look like dark grey soapstone. Read more...

Warm Wood Bath Remodel - Randolph, NJ

Good sized first floor bathroom originally with a Jacuzzi tub in what is used as the guest powder room was not the right fit for this family of four. We removed the tub and replaced it with a large shower with the skylight above for natural light to pour in. White subway tile lines the shower up to the ceiling while the cement floor tile has a fun flower pattern that compliments the warm wood vanity and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Read more...

Second Floor Bathroom Reconfiguration - Randolph, NJ

Upstairs Bath Reconfiguration - the awkward layout didnt work for this growing family in Randolph, NJ. High on the wish list was a large vanity and lots of natural light, a spacious open concept bathroom. Relocating and rearranging all of the plumbing fixtures in this bathroom was a challange with a finsihed kitchen below. To make it even more of a challange for our team the back 3' of the bathrooom is cantilevered. The new layout with rotating the tub to the far wall provided the space for the large vanity and flooded with light by addiung the transome window in the shower. Additional storgage was created by reframing the sink wall and making way for an oversized recessed medicine cabinet. Read more...

White and Wonderful Master Bath Remodel - South Orange, NJ

Large master bathroom started out with an awkward layout of two vanities completely disconnected from one another. We created a double vanity so they could live on the same wall and used the extra space on the adjacent wall for the linen cabinet. The wet room remained in the same spot but we built out a new curbless shower with floating bench and raindhead and completed the bathroom with a freee standing tub with a feature wall. Spacious South Orange bathroom has room for a large shower, free-standing bathtub, wet room, double vanity and linen cabinets. This white bathroom has a large custom, curbless shower with a large stone bench and rainhead with a free-standing Bain Ultra bathtub fit for this client. The wet room remains the same but we reconfigured the vantiy so that the sinks sit on the same wall with pull-outs for hair accessories complete with outlets inside as well as electrical medicine cabinets. The linen cabinet has a decorative look with mullions and mirrored glass. Read more...
